OpenAI's dots is closed to ChatGPT Pro in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, and ChatGPT Business Premium gets it in every supported region, the UK included (every way in, with costs). Meta Muse is live only in the US, since 8 September 2026, and Canada, since 18 September 2026. Grok Bot has no country list: xAI says its availability depends on your plan. The table covers all 208 countries and territories where ChatGPT itself is supported, and dots on Pro is closed in 40 of them. How was this table built?

The country list is OpenAI's own ChatGPT Supported Countries page, fetched 29 September 2026. "dots (Pro)" reads No for the European Economic Area (the 27 EU states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), Switzerland and the UK, the exact exclusion named on OpenAI's own dots help page, and Yes everywhere else on the list. "dots (Business Premium)" is Yes on every row: OpenAI's dots docs list Business Premium as "Rolling out worldwide" (checked 30 September 2026), and the help page gives it "across all supported ChatGPT regions", which is this list. Rollout is gradual, so a new workspace can wait a few days. "Meta Muse" is Yes only for the United States and Canada, per Meta's own launch materials.

A small number of European overseas territories on OpenAI's list (French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, French Saint Martin, the Aland Islands, Svalbard and Jan Mayen) are classified by their real EU or EEA legal status, since OpenAI's exclusion names the EEA as a bloc rather than listing countries. That is documented public information, and it is flagged in the data file for anyone who wants to check it.

Why does dots exclude the EEA, Switzerland and the UK?

OpenAI hasn't stated a reason. The exclusion covers three jurisdictions with strict data protection and AI regulation, a plausible but unconfirmed explanation; OpenAI's own materials don't state one.

Does Business Premium get dots in the UK?

Yes. OpenAI's dots docs list Business Premium as "Rolling out worldwide", and its help page says Business Premium gets dots "across all supported ChatGPT regions". The UK is a supported ChatGPT country. A Premium seat is $125 a month billed monthly or $100 a month billed annually, and a workspace needs at least 2 paid seats. Will Meta Muse expand beyond the US and Canada?

Meta hasn't announced a broader rollout schedule. Independent outlets speculate about GDPR review slowing a UK or EU launch, but that's speculation, not a Meta statement.

Does Grok Bot have a country list?

No. xAI's Grok Bot FAQ says availability and billing depend on your account and plan, and names SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Pro+, Cursor Ultra and Cursor Teams Standard and Premium as eligible.
