What does the sign-up message say?
MadRobot quotes the message Muse shows when someone tries to sign up from an unsupported country: “Muse isn't available in your country or region yet. We'll let you know when it's available to you.” MadRobot, 30 September 2026
It reads that message as meaning Muse has not launched where you are.
