Meta Muse in the UK: not yet (checked 1 October 2026)
No, Meta Muse is not available in the UK as of 1 October 2026. Meta launched it in the US on 8 September and in Canada on 18 September, and it has announced no UK date. OpenAI's dots is also excluded from the UK on its Pro plan, for a separately stated reason.

Which plan works, and what does it cost?
Muse has no UK price because it has not launched here. Where it has launched, the reported pricing is free for up to 100 million tokens a week, then Power at $20 a month or Maximum at $100 a month, according to Zuckerberg's Threads post and TechCrunch. MadRobot guesses that UK prices will be similar in pounds. That is its guess and not a Meta statement.
What is the legit route?
There's no plan-based workaround the way OpenAI offers Business Premium for dots. Meta's rollout has gone country by country, the US and then Canada ten days later, so no UK signup path exists yet in any source read. After the Canada launch Meta posted "Where to next?" without naming a country.
Does a VPN work?
Gadgets Now reads Meta's help page for Muse plans as requiring a supported location, and says the Muse terms let Meta act against Meta accounts tied to Muse if that is breached. MadRobot advises against a VPN too, because Muse connects to your email, accounts and payment details. OpenAI is more explicit about the same kind of workaround on dots and names account suspension (see /dot).
What works there today?
OpenClaw and Hermes Agent are both self-hosted and free, with no UK restriction of any kind. Grok Bot shows real UK search interest ('grok bot uk') but xAI hasn't published a country-availability statement for it, so its UK status is unconfirmed.
Why isn't Muse in the UK yet?
Meta has not said. MadRobot lists four likely reasons, all of them its own analysis. UK data protection law applies to a product that handles email, calendar and payments. Meta paused AI training on UK users' posts in 2024 after the Information Commissioner's Office asked for a review. Meta left the UK out when it started using Meta AI chats to target ads in December 2025. And Muse's shopping partners so far are mostly US retailers. Meta AI itself launched in the US in 2023 and reached the UK in March 2025.

Is the UK Muse delay related to the dots UK exclusion?
Neither company has said the two are connected. OpenAI names the EEA, Switzerland and the UK together for dots without a reason; Meta hasn't named the UK at all yet for Muse. Multiple outlets speculate GDPR review is the blocker for both, but neither company has confirmed that.
Has Meta said when Muse might reach the UK?
No. MadRobot guesses a launch in the coming months is plausible and that it would not be surprising if it slipped into 2027, but that is the outlet's own estimate, not a Meta statement.
Is Muse available in Ireland or the EU?
No. MadRobot reports it is not available anywhere in the EU, including Ireland, and Meta has announced no European date. It notes that Ireland's Data Protection Commission is Meta's lead EU privacy regulator because Meta's European headquarters is in Dublin.
Can a UK user try dots instead?
Not on the Pro plan: OpenAI's dots excludes UK Pro accounts. Business Premium is the documented workaround for dots (see /dot); no equivalent exists for Muse.
Is Grok Bot available in the UK?
xAI hasn't published a country-availability statement for Grok Bot, so its UK status is unconfirmed despite real UK search interest in the term.
