Which plan works, and what does it cost?
Muse has no Australian price yet. Where it has launched, the reported pricing is free for up to 100 million tokens a week, then Power at $20 a month or Maximum at $100 a month. Whether Meta prices it the same in Australia is an inference from the US and Canada pattern and not an announcement.
What is the legit route?
No tier or workaround gets you in early, since Meta rolls it out country by country whatever plan you pay for. On 10 September a storefront check by Zentor found the Muse iOS listing in the US App Store and in none of fifteen other storefronts, Australia among them. That check predates the Canada launch.
Does a VPN work?
No Australia-specific rule was found.
