By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Mover OS ("the Product"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
Mover OS is licensed, not sold. Upon valid purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal use by a single individual. You may install the Product on as many of your own devices as you need. One license = one person.
All Product files — including but not limited to workflows, rules, skills, hooks, templates, installer code, documentation, and website content — are the intellectual property of Asmir Khan ("the Author") and are protected by copyright law. The license grants you usage rights only. You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not:
All content you create using Mover OS — your notes, Engine files, Daily Notes, session logs, plans, and any other user-generated content — belongs entirely to you. The Author has no access to it, makes no claim to it, and has no rights to it. Your data stays on your machine.
Your purchase grants access to the Product as it exists at the time of purchase. This constitutes the complete product. The Author may, at his sole discretion, provide updates that add features, modify existing functionality, add or remove supported AI agents, change skill packs, alter workflows, or restructure the system architecture. Updates are not guaranteed. When provided, updates are delivered via the built-in moveros update command and require a valid license. The Author may change pricing, update frequency, or update eligibility for new customers at any time. Your existing installation continues to function regardless of update availability.
The Product may verify your license key during installation or updates. This verification requires an internet connection and communicates only the license key — no personal data, vault contents, or usage information is transmitted.
Your license remains valid indefinitely unless terminated. The Author may revoke your license if you materially breach these terms (e.g., redistribution, piracy). Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product. Content you created with the Product remains yours.
Mover OS runs entirely on your local machine. It does not depend on the Author's servers to function. If the Author ceases operations, your installation continues to work indefinitely. No functionality is gated behind ongoing server availability.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. THE AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS OR AI AGENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR MISSED DEADLINES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AUTHOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Author from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
The Author may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your purchase.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Author regarding the Product.
