Mover OS is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and why.

1. Data Controller

Mover OS is operated by Asmir Khan, an individual based in England, United Kingdom. For privacy inquiries, contact support@moveros.dev.

2. What We Collect

When you purchase Mover OS, we collect only what is necessary to deliver the product:

• Email address — for license delivery, product updates, and support communication
• Payment information — processed entirely by Polar.sh. We never see, store, or have access to your card details, bank information, or billing address
• License key — a unique identifier tied to your purchase, used for installation verification

3. What We Do NOT Collect

Mover OS runs entirely inside your local environment. We have zero access to:

• Your notes, files, vault contents, or any data on your machine
• Your AI conversation history or session transcripts
• Your Engine files (Identity, Strategy, Goals, Context, Dossier, Learnings, Metrics)
• Your Daily Notes, session logs, plans, or any user-generated content
• Your browsing behavior, IP address, or device information beyond what is described in Section 3b below

The product itself operates fully offline after installation. It contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking, or phone-home behavior. Your vault data never leaves your machine.

3b. Website Analytics

This website (moveros.dev) uses the following analytics services to understand how visitors interact with the site and improve the experience:

• Vercel Web Analytics — pageviews and Web Vitals performance data. No personal data collected.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized heatmaps and session recordings to understand how visitors navigate the site. No personal data is collected or stored. Clarity automatically filters bot traffic.
• PostHog — product analytics for understanding visitor behavior (clicks, scroll depth, page interactions). Data stored in the EU region. No advertising cookies. No personal data shared with third parties.

These services help us understand which parts of the site are working and which need improvement. No data from these services is used for advertising, sold to third parties, or connected to your identity.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used for:

• Delivering your license key after purchase
• Communicating product updates (infrequent, no marketing spam)
• Responding to support requests
• Processing refund requests

We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Polar.sh processes payments on our behalf. When you make a purchase, Polar.sh handles your payment data under their own privacy policy. We receive only your email address and purchase confirmation from Polar.sh.

Vercel hosts this website. Vercel may collect standard server logs (IP address, request time, page visited) as part of their infrastructure. We do not access or analyze these logs.

Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this website. Google may collect limited data as described in their privacy policy. No other third-party services are used.

6. License Verification

During installation, the Product may verify your license key against the Polar.sh API. This communication transmits only the license key. No personal data, vault contents, file names, or usage patterns are transmitted during verification.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as your license is active, plus any period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).

8. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — Request we limit processing of your data
• Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — Object to processing based on legitimate interests

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we minimize risk by collecting as little data as possible.

10. Children

Mover OS is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed by Polar.sh (based in the US). Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your purchase.
