30-day money-back guarantee

If Mover OS doesn't change how you work, email support@moveros.dev within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We'll ask what didn't work so we can improve — that's it.

How it works

Email us with your purchase email address and a brief note on what didn't work. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method via Polar.sh.

After a refund

Your license key is deactivated and you will no longer receive updates. Content you created with Mover OS (your notes, Engine files, Daily Notes) stays on your machine — that's yours. The system files (workflows, skills, hooks) remain installed but will not receive future versions.

After 30 days

Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. If you're experiencing issues, reach out — we're happy to help troubleshoot before you decide.

Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy, including but not limited to: repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, refund after redistributing the product or license key, or refund requests that show no genuine attempt to use the product.
