Send an email with your purchase email address. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. If you're experiencing issues, reach out — we're happy to help troubleshoot before you decide.
Your notes, Engine files, and all content you created with Mover OS stay on your machine. They're yours. A refund doesn't delete anything — the workflows simply stop receiving updates.
